If you think flipping in Northeast L.A. is over, the folks at this 1924 Spanish Bungalow in Highland Park certainly don’t think so. It closed late February for $421k and resurfaced today, less than 50 days later, with an ambitious new sticker price and all the bells and whistles you can throw in.

Priced at $619k, it features an original Batchelder fireplace, wood floors, a semi-open floor plan, modern kitchen and baths with a nod to the vintage, a detached studio (that’s not a converted garage) and brand spankin’ new systems including a bolted foundation.   T

They dropped some serious cash here (by my estimate, about $75k-80k) and are hoping you think the +$118k resale is worth the new list price. What do you think? For more information, contact Vanessa Yan.

  1. Love it! I live on Meridian and it’s crazy how many of these houses on this street have been rehabbed the last few years.

  2. I know! I live on Meridian closer to Cafe De Leche though , but go through this street all the time. My property value loves the flipping going on haha.
