1922 Spanish Bungalow: 1418 Coronado Terrace, Los Angeles, 90026

As the owner of a picture-perfect 1928 Spanish bungalow, I’ve often struggled with having modern design elements in my home–until now. Making me seriously reconsider are the mother-daughter design team of Madison Modern Home in Glendale.

Though I’ve seen many examples of “modern Spanish” over the years, few have worked as well as their staging project at 1418 Coronado in Silver Lake. The combination of Mid-Century modern pieces with vintage finds gives the home a cozy, warm feel that only enhances the character of the home. To see the entire project, click here.
